Good Capacitors?????

I've been searching around for a good but reasonable price Capacitor to put into my system. But so far brands like Lightning Audio, Stinger, Rockford Fosgate are high priced. So I found some other brands most with digital led display for a much more reasonable price.

Heres a list of the Caps I found to be more reasonably priced and I want to know are any of these Caps good to use?????

Streetwire
AA
VooDoo
Pyramid
Legacy
Power Acoustik
Hiwave
Fusion
Xpower

And is anyone on here currently using any of these brands??????

I have always heard from many reliable sources in the car audio industry, that most capacitors are made at the same factory and then distributed to the different manufacturers so that they can essentially just add their company label.. I dont think it will make a huge difference, if any, if you buy one of the cheaper brands.. Might as well save some money.. Just my 2 cents.. Peace

It is true that almost all of the manufacturers do not make their own CAP. I remember when I was in Electronics class (1996) and Caps were not that big in car audio, I used to be able to go to the local electronics store and pick one up for $20. No joke, it was a non name brand and it was a good cap. Now what you do have to look for is the internal resistance rating, this will determine how fast the CAP will be able to charge to compensate for the NEXT BASS tone. You want something will a low internal resistance. Also when you charge your CAP for the first time, it is prefered to use a Resistor inline with the CAP.

Basically get the cheapest one you can, it will make very little difference if any. All you are paying for is the name brand!
