Hey guys, i followed the directions on the faq page on how to remove the hu, but my problem is that i can't get the insert off. has anyone expierence any difficulty?

I removed mine with a L shaped pick tool. It was easier than I thought, start at one of the rear corners, insert the tool under the edge and just pull up. I was worried about breaking something but it's a sturdy piece. After you pop one clip, the rest are easy.
