put dynamat in and trunk still rattles

i put dynamat in my trunk to stop the rattling that it makes on the outside when my subs are on , i put put one layer of dynamat and it did nothing, i doubled it by putting another sheet of dynamat on top of it and it still did nothin

i put it where my trunk rattles , behind the trunk lid

i have 2 12" fosgates, i hate the rattling on the outside
on the inside it souns fine,

is there anything i can do

i mean it did not even help even a lil , still the same

have you tried the dynamat license plate frame, it was the only thing that stopped the last rattle in my trunk

at first i shoved the whole inside with home insulation , but then took it out because it messed up my trunk lock from hittin the release from the inside, even with the whole thing shoved with home insulation it rattled alot , then i took out the home insulation so i could use my trunk lock and thats when i put in the dynamat

i taught dynamat was supposed to be a real good product to stop ratlling completely

completely? who told you that?! IT DOES HELP, it helps alot, my trunk is completely dynamated with the extreme version, and knocking on the outside body panel shows that its very dense. The sound deadening works great. The more surface aera you cover the better it sounds.

does it change the strenght if u put over the stock carpeted panel back on top of the dynamat, or is it ment to be left uncovered to work better?
