Remote Starter

I have a Bulldog brand starter on mine. It is the only type that I have ever used. It was about $50 and i have never had a problem with it. lock and unlock doors is the feature. It also will hook up to a factor or aftermarket alarm. Then your dont have to carry around a extra remote.

The Viper 790XV hands down is the baddest remote start around. I believe they make a version from Clifford, but it is the same thing. Make sure (most important) that you find a professional installer that has lots of alarm experience do the work. If you live near Northern Virginia, PM me and I will install whatever you choose. But stay away from the "el cheapos" and make sure to pick an alarm with all the features, and expansion capability you will need. It is better to grow into an alarm than to grow out of it. Make sure to get a good hoodpin switch (sealed from weather) and a battery back-up. I also recommend mini piezo sirens. I have a couple in the air vents of my car, and you can't stand the pain.

I have a Bulldog and it is great just wish it had the LCD. Installed it myself not all that difficult if you have knowledge of wiring and electronics or sound system installation.

i got the same alarm from Don (Pearl96max) and its been so good to me. Remote start owns u all!!!!

A great alarm is heavily recommended but a great installer is even more important. A great installer can make a horrible alarm work better than a great alarm installed by a sh*tty installer. While picking out the right alarm make sure you have a reliable installer who knows what he's doing. Pearl96max in Central Jersey does a great job with installs.
