Could my Viper 790XV alarm be causing this?

Hey,

I had this alarm installed a couple months ago but just recently i noticed something, and dont know if the alarm installation is to blame. Last night I noticed that my glove box light and ash tray light werent working?? Could this be a fuse or something? Ive got a 2000 max and I cant remember when these lights were last working. The alarm is the only thing I can think of that might of caused it? Can anyone help me here?

yeah thats how I noticed it wasnt on. I was driving home and went to grab something in the glove box and noticed the light wasnt on even though my headlights were on.

first off check the fuse...if all are good then change the bulb...then draw a conclusion on that...

umm check a fuse before you really think its the alarm install. Theres generally no connection between the alarm's function and your glove box light. Mabey a fuse was blown, or a wire accidentally cut. But id check fuses first.

hmm yeah ill check the fuses tomorrow...is there a specific fuse for just the glove box light and ash tray thing light? I just thought it was the alarm install because it was the most recent electrical change ive done to the car and I noticed the lights werent working a few days after the install.
