Bose almost ready to crap out, Kenwood MP4030

my Bose head unit i think is about to die, so i might as well get all the info i need and stuff. i am going to get hte Kenwood MP4030 since its a double din with mp3
i am keeping my bose speakers. I see alot of converters online but which one to buy? PAC's ROEM-NIS2 i read is hte best one to get hte sound quality and stuff out hte bose speaks with aftermarket headunit. is this true? where do i get it? also i need that nissan antenna adapter but i read i can get that from circuit city for 10$

that should be all i need correct? and the wires should plug right up w/o any splicing?

thnx

BTW I DO NOT WANNA BUY NEW SPEAKERS RIGHT NOW

Sorta OT, but lemme know how that Kenwood works out...I was looking at that one before I bought the DPX6020 (no MP3 playback, but 10-disc MP3 changer in trunk)...

BTW...the stock Bose speakers sound just fine w/o a converter.
