Radio Stations not coming in clear???Need advice please

Radio Stations not coming in clear???Need advice please

I installed my girfriends kenwood today and some of the stations arent coming in clear...There is no power antenna,its the one built into the back window...I didnt need the antenna adaptor b/c the HU had one already and the factory antenna plugged right into it...Any thoughts what would cause the static??? Before it went in the stations were fine....Please help guys..thanks in advance

Thanks for the input...Off the top of my head the antenna wire from the HU may not have been hooked up, but I cant remember if the harness had a antenna wire...Any clue which color this one would be??? I believe the antenna on the HU is dark blue???

tap the blue (pwr anntenna) to the bluish wire on the harness and TADA
