Odd XM Radio Problem.

I wanted to see if anyone with XM tuners has even encountered this; I was doing some work on the car and had to disconnect the battery. After reconnecting, my XM radio only picks up a handfull of channels (it simply skips over those channels it can't locate). The channels it picks up are almost never the same. I called XM a few times and they attempted to re-send the signal to the tuner, but that hasn't resolved the problem. I also reset my head unit in hopes that it would help, it didn't. Some time this week I'll go by the shop and probably end up swapping out either the antenna or the tuner. I'm posting to see if anyone else ran into this, and if so, what was the solution.

Thanks
