Distribution block question

This might sound kinda stupid, but I ran out of posts on my positive battery terminal clamp. I have a spare dist. block with one 0ga input to one 4ga output and four 8ga outputs. Can I just use the 4ga output as an input and then make use of the four 8ga outputs? I suppose I'll try it tomorrow, unless someone saves me the time and tells me otherwise. Thanks.

You could do that or you could use ring terminals on your wires and put them under the battery clamp or under the base of the battery post. I haven't seen a battery clamp yet that can easilly accomadate a large aftermarket system.
