audio installation

if i were to put an amp and two subs into my 04 max w/navi, would the guide voice still automatically lower the radio, or would the bas still be kickin while she is talkin?

Yes the subs will lower too. They will be tapped into signal that goes to the other speakers in the car, therefore if the factory speaker level is changed so is the sub. That is the reason your sub doesn't stay at peak volume all the time.

Actually the Navi should only be coming from your front speakers, the rears lower. No Navi voice should be coming from the rear. But simply put, yes the subs will lower.
