i have Boston Proseries 6.5s, but they came with a adapter ring. You should be able to fit any 6.5", but you may need rings. If the speakers don't come with them, you can buy a set at a local car audio shop.

I have a 6 1/2 and a 4inch down in my door. There is so much free room in there, you can do whatever you want. I put my tweeter in the plastic behind the mirror and it sounds awesome. Most all of the 6 1/2speakers will fit. I almost wish they would stop telling everyone that it is a 6 3/4. It is so easy to build a spacer plate to truly seal off the backside and use a sheet of dynamat, you will have no problems.

Dynaudio makes a 7" midwoofer.

About $.50 worth of MDF is all you need. Can probably get it as scrap.

Also look at CDT Audio High Definition and Eurosport series of componenets. They are oversize 6.5's. Basically 7's. I believe they are a modified Vifa driver too.
