Which sub???? ---- JL 12w7 or 12" ID MAX v.3

I'm looking for the best SQ and SPL. Which would you guys recommend:

a) 12" JL W7 with a JL 1000/1 Amp

b) 12" Image Dynamics ID MAX v.3 with a JBL BPX1100.1 Amp

Here's JBL's latest amp for those who haven't seen it: http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...&category=4950

Which should I go for guys?

Then if I got the 12" ID MAX v.3....what amp would be better. The new JBL BPX1100.1 or a JL 1000/1?

I'd go with the ID MAX, I loved the sound of the IDQ series, and if ID MAX is an improvement over IDQ's then I'd definitely go with that one. In all fairness I have not heard the ID MAX but I have heard the w7 in several different applications and was never really impressed with that sub.

Go with my Diamond Audio M6 12" Dual voice coil 4 ohm sub and my Diamond Audio D5 1200.1 sub amp. If you want the best SQ and SPL, then this combo is hard to beat. Trust me.

E-mail me if you are interested...

Thanks!

If you get the dual two Ohm driver, you need a 1 Ohm stable amp to drive it.
