Indash Changer on 99 Bose

Indash Changer on 99 Bose
Does anyone know how to connect the Nissan indash changer to the 99 Bose Double din Head Unit, Everything connects except the 8 pin din connector and I have no idea where to get an adapter to connect the changer to the stereo. If anyone has any clue how or can make one, please get back to me. PLEASEEEEEE!!!!!
