does anyone have this 15 band eq??? i have one and have had it for almost 3 years now!!! recently, it cuts off periodically and won't cut back on unless i hit or tap the front of the unit. when it cuts off (no sound of course), it doesn't cut completely off...the buttons stay lit, but the display goes black!! its like the illumination is still on, but not on the faceplate, when the faceplate is not lit, there is no music until i tap/hit it a few times and it comes back up.....then i have to reset all the settings...eventually it cuts off again and i have to repeat the process. Has anyone had this problem and if so, how did you resolve it....or any suggestions as to what might be going on!!!

BTW....best buy installed the eq.
