Anyone install headrest DVD system in '04?

I'm thinking about doing this, for 2 reasons. First, obviously, to have the DVD capability in the back seats. I'm looking at the clamp-on monitors for behind each front headrest, for security purposes mostly (easily removable). Secondly, I want to hook up the FM modulator to the DVD player to have my MP3 capability again for the stereo, since I lost that with the Bose system in my new '04. Has anyone done this, and do they like it so far? I'm actually thinking of making a box for the DVD player and installing that right on the "hump" on the floor in the back seat. That way I have access to it from the driver's seat to change CDs, and passengers have easy access for DVDs. Also, with building a small box and carpeting it to match the interior, I protect it from shuffling feet that might knock it if it were installed say, under the glovebox or under one of the 2 front seats. Plus, whoever has to sit in the middle back seat never puts their feet on that hump anyways, its always one foot to the left and the other to the right. It would also serve as a platform for a Playstation or something if I ever wanted one of those in there. What do you guys think?
