Today one of my friends got married. Well after the wedding a couple of us guys went outside. We just needed some air. My best friend which recently bought a 2001 blk/blk 6-speed had just installed his new system. BOY o BOY..... well here is how it performed. I've seen and heard many systems during my teenage yrs, but this i think it killed my hearing. This is his setup. He has 4 12" Thunder 6000's in his trunk. Custom install. 3amps. And 3 Capicators. Its all customly installed. Looks pretty nice. Well when we all sat in his car and he turned it up it seemed like a regular lam'O system. But once we got to the bass...my ear drums started to hurt like crap. I had to pull the window down and stick my head out the window just so my ears wouldn't hurt. LOL

 

umm....ok...

i don't think sticking your head out the window will help, i'd just get out of the car

 

lol porting the car only made it louder!

 

How many watts going into the subs?

I was just thinking the same thing! I thought that I had the first model year 6 speed.
