Positive and Negative wiring colors for 1995 GXE non bose

There is a green and red, which is postive and which is negative

I'm assuming you're talking about the rear left speaker, right? If so, red is (+) positive and green is (-) negative.

well both left and right in the rear. i looked and i think it was red and blue, i only glanced when i was in my trunk so i dont remember.

Well, on the other side (right side), the positve wire is blue, and the negative wire is pink.
