Need some help troubleshooting:
When I turn off the car and the power off the radio, the amp remains on, (the lights on the amp stays on) and keeps drawing power.
Why could this be?

Sounds like you don't have a proper remote lead. If you are using the factory radio, you need to use an accessory wire, and if it is an aftermarket radio look for a blue/white stripe wire. Some aftermarket will use blue, but if thee are two wires the blue is only power antenna, and the blue/white stripe is amp turn on.
