What 4 channel amp to run 4 sets of infinity kappa 60.5cs components? I have components all around and I am looking for a 4 channel amp to power them. Any suggestions? Thanks

JL amps sound nice. i had an alpine 5 channel amp, and same kappas and that sounded good too. DO NOT underpower these speakers. im running about 100 rms watts ( McIntosh amp 100x4) to these speakers and they sound much cleaner then when i rean about 35 rms (alpine amp) watts to them.

Specifically what amp? I would use an Alpine MRV - F505 50 X 4 RMS at 4 ohms, 12.5 volts. Why, because I have an extra one sitting behind me and it has tons of system flexibility. And plenty of power for those infinity's.

Are you going to run 2 channels to the mids and 2 channels to the tweets w/ an active crossover, or are you going to do 2 channels through an active crossover, or are you bridging 2 channels to each set?

More info will help.

I was just going to hook up one speaker to each channel and with the use of the crossover. Thanks

35-75 watts RMS is plenty. Mechanically the speakers probably can't take more that 10-25 watts. Musically they may survive a while with infinite power levels.
