stock bose amps

i just bought an alpine 7995 cd/mp3 player. it doesnt have the internal amp and i was wondering if i could use the stock bose amplifiers with that head unit? does it make a differnece if i have aftermarket speakers? or should i just get a cheap 4 channel amp to run my interior speakers? thanks for the help
