Directed Audio vs. Kicker amp???

Hey guys...I see we have a lot of people on here trying to figure out which amp would be best...Well I guess I need to jump on that band wagon.

I'm trying to choose between three amps, but I don't know which one to choose . Which ever amp I choose will be powering my interior speakers, either Infinity Kappas or JBLs. Can u all help?

1)Audiobahn A4004T 4-ch: 100W x 4 RMS @ 2 Ohms

2)Kicker KX600.4 :150W x 4 RMS @ 2 Ohms

3)Directed 4200 4-ch: 250watts (that's all I know)

Which one would be best to power either Infinity Kappas or JBL GTO components/coaxil speakers? I plan on making a decision in the next day or two so ur help will be greatly appreciative!!!!

DIRECTED all the way!

The audiobahn 4004 does 50x4 at 4 ohm, which is how you would be using it.

If you do go audiobahn, get the 4601.

Would i get less use out of the speakers if I do it at 2ohm? I thought u get more power if u do it at 2? Okay so that's "1" for Directed!

You cant run them at 2 ohm because they are not 2 ohm component sets. 2 ohm comp.s are very hard to find.

I have to go with the Kicker recommendation. I think the amp is very similar in what it can do, however, the kicker amp is easier to tune, accepts larger wire, has better terminals, a remote ****, and the coolest part of all, you can remove the cover and paint it to match the car, or do something custom with it. When everything else is close to equal, you have to go with looks.
