I chose these subs because of the color scheme I was going w/the silver/black theme and these subs actually get down pretty good in my car

Does the driver hit that grill? Just curious. I wanted those when I started with the Q's but they wouldn't allow for full excursion.

I like the fleck.

Nope it doesn't hit the grill. there's a quite a bit of clearance actually. if anything you can get some washers and space the grill off the front baffle a bit more.

Nice. I thought about the spacers too then decided I just didn't care about the grills. I don't put anything in the trunk anyway.

Indeed, but only because people actually think it is ' that good'. Its no secret current offerings from HiFonics make them the bottom feeders.

Look on the bright side, the amp went up in flames but you can sure as hell re-use that fuse.

grammar > you

i think i understand what you're asking. the warranty was up so it didn't matter if i opened it and yes i knew that it would void the warranty.

as for the rest of your gibberish, it just smoked a lot. if it wouldn't have been on the amp blocks i made to keep it up off the trunk floor, it definitely would have caught on fire.

This may only be an online forum, but being that the case, people's perceptions of you are based SOLELY on how you speak (type). So when your grammar sucks, it doesn't say much for you.

Plus it makes it a LOT easier for others to understand you.
