amps mounted?

How hard is it to moutn amps on each side of a 4th gen trunk? Like the area closer to the back. I'm wondering beacus the way our carpet sticks out makes it look hard to do.

I have mine mounted here. It's an old pic, now I have new speakers, and it's neat without wires hanging around.

I just drilled into the metal. Its thick enough where the screws won't stick out the other side. At least it was for me.
