Opinions and will this all fit plus which amp?

2K2 SE with Bose. Silver Mist with black leather.

Want to dump ALL of the Bose. It's skipping and I'm sick of the sound. So out it comes.

Current shopping list:

HU: Alpine 9815
Fronts/tweets: Infinity Kappa Perfect 6.1
Backs: Infinity Kappa 63.5 6 1/2 3 ways
Sub: Infinity self powered Basslink
Amp: ?????

Questions:

1. Even though the Alpine has an amp that needs straight-from-the-battery power, I'm assuming I'll want an amp...

Which one? A four channel? Will that drive all six speakers e.g. I assume the Perfect's can be run off two of the channels for the mids and tweets?

2. With reasonable mods to the baskets/whatevers in the doors, these speaks will fit fine without windows clearance or other problems, right?

3. For those that removed the Bose sub and then used a trunk floor mounted sub/box, what did you use to replace the hole in the deck? Did you leave the Bose grill cover on and then just leave the hole into the trunk? Leave the grill and cover the hole from inside the trunk?

4. Do ANY of the dash kits to make the Alpine fit actually match the dash's colors? What are my options to make it look OEM rather than aftermarket?

5. I know I'll need to ground the one (brown with white?) wire to make the Trip button work and will also need the SWI-X to make the steering wheel contols work. But how is the SWI-X actually programmed? Does it need to be programmed prior to buttoning up the install? Once it disapears into the dash, am I stuck with whatever was programmed at the time?

6. Other than misc. wires/adapters e.g. antenna, am I missing anything?

THANKS ALL!

ummm most people leave the whole and leave hte bose cover on it to allow the bass to flow into the cabin, which is recommended. yes a 4 channel amp will get ya where ya wanna go, u shouldnt have to worry about the window's at all. thats about all ican help out with
