crossover vs ecu

Hello, I want to install my speakers' crossovers under the dash, but I was told that if they were near the ECU , it could alter the sound. Did some of you experienced problems by doing so? (My second option would be to install them under the front seats).
Thanks. Denis

You may get noise from a DC oscillation if your x-overs are not insulated well. I seriously doubt you will have a problem.
