Which amp best for 10' Eclipse subs?

I have 2 Eclipse 10' subs (4 ohm) and wanted to upgrade my amp pushing them. Currently I have a 300/2 JL amp on them. The shop in town is having some deals and wasnt sure which way to go. They have a Viper D600.1 for $400, and D1200.1 for $550, and JL 500/1 for $500.

Now the subs can obviously be set up in 2 ohm load. The D600 is rated at 400W @ 2, 1200 - 800W@2, and Jl of course 500 W. Now, my subs can handle 300 W RMS. the D1200 can be adjusted so it's not too much power - but that then just goes to waist. So - Any input is greatly welcome. Thanks Guys.

Which eclipse subs are you referring to? Titanium, aluminum....? Usually eclipse subs can handle decent amount of power. I'm pushing 1000w RMS to my Ti12

i love the jl amps, but $500 is a little too pricy. try ebay, not the best place to buy, but by far the cheapest.

Ive had 2 12" aluminuns, recently upgraded to 15" aluminums... those subs are rock solid and will easily take anything you give them. I'd reccommend buy the amp with the highest power you can afford, you will be amazed how loud those suckers go.
