Need advise on Pioneer DEH-840MP ASAP

This unit is installed in my car and has been working fine. I dropped the car off @ bodyshop, and took the faceplate off. The bodyshop replaced the dashboard, and obviously, had disconnected the battery to do their job. Now, 2 weeks after, I have put the faceplate back on, but the h/u is dead. I need to know if some security code needs to be reset or the bodyshop messed up the wiring. As far as I know, there is no damn security code on this particular unit, but maybe wrong. Someone please help b4 I open up a can of woop*** on bodyshop.

something probably got disconnected, check the wiring behind the head unit, but notify the body shop of this, so that if something is wrong they should take liability

it was probably disconnected or maybe they cut some wires by accident or purpose so check the wiring. also push all connectors in the back all the way in because they might have unplugged it and didn't plug it in al the way or forgot to plug in the antenna well look around

isnt there a small button you press the 1st time you ever use the h/u. maybe that needs to be pressed. but on ltry that if you have exhausted every other option.

no buttons work. I spoke w/bodyshop owner, I am bringing the car to him again. I do not want to mess w/any wiring. Hopefully, disconnected wires is the cause. Thanks guys
