I'm getting the JL Audio Stealthbox with the 10w6. Where should I mount my amount, and how do i mount it? Also, how much power do you think I should give the sub (rms amp power?) Thanks

 

I though the Stealthbox mounted around one of the wheel wells in the trunk....

As far as power I have a 10w3 that I'm running off a Alpine V12, around 240W bridged RMS. This seems to do pretty well.

 

The stealthbox mounts in a specific location in the trunk, in the Maxima it mounts on the left side of the trunk. as shown in this pic.

For an amplifier power consider something that will deliver a clean 300W-500Wrms in bridged mode. The 10W6 has a power handling of 300W or 150W per coil. This is a dual 6 Ohm coil sub so when wired up in parallel the amplifier it will deliver a 3 Ohm nominal load. Most 4 Ohm stable mono bridgeable amplifiers should be ok with this load presented.
