98se Bose?? question

I've got a 98se w/ what I thought was a Bose factory system. It's the CD/cassette/tuner but the rear speakers say Panasonic 4 ohm. I thought the Bose setup was 1 ohm. Is this not the Bose system, did Nissan make a look alike, or am I missing something from what I've read about it so far?
Any insight would be appreciated.

Yeah, there's no mention of BOSE on the HU. I just assumed it was though, since it was the CD/cassette/tuner all together. I doubt someone would go through the trouble of putting in a converter and then get Panasonic speakers.

Well that's actually kinda good, now that I can start to replace the speakers without having to get an entire system all at once.

Even if you had Bose, you still wouldnt have to do that. I Have my panasonic CD Player wired up now to my stock Bose speakers, and They sound Fantastic!
