anyone know whats wrong?

i recently had an amp and subs installed by a friend of mine who runs a buisness. anyway, after he installed them and i was on the way home, the air bag light beside the blinkers in the dash started blinking. wasnt sure to post this here or not, but anyone with an idea please help.

your friend runs a car audio business? How long has he been doing it for? If you trust him, call him up and tell him to rewire it the right way and get your money back from him.

Probabaly disconnected your airbag during the install and reconnected the battery before pluging the airbag back in. Computer got signal that something was wrong, that's why it is flashing. You will have to reset the airbag light. Dealership charges around $60.00 for this.

if he had an amp and subs installed, why in the frick would the installer disconnect the airbags? that is just retarded. i bet there's a deeper rooted problem going on here...

He may have removed front seats to lay the power cable and rca cables under the carpet. To do that he would have to disconnect the side impact airbag cable attached to the seats. That is if the airbag is in the seat like in my '98.
