yeah my friend has it on his old caddy sedan. he just pushes a button, and this linear actuator thing opens his trunk and can close it at his control. i don't know what it's called though

that's cool if you want to show off your system.. but you better hope that it closes or else you'll have to get out and close it yourself. LOL

yeah, but when you're at a light, people might not know the bass is coming from your car. opening the trunk just confirms it :P

thats why only thugs are poppin trunks, ya'll are all scared. it's just actuators on a switch. dakota digital does make a kit, but it looks a little unorthodox. it's also safer than your trunk. good luck trying to pull open a trunk held down by 2+ actuators.

scared? or smart? why advertise to everyone where the bass is coming from? it's just screaming "steal my stuff." lots of people invest a good deal of money into their setups, so why risk the chance of it being stolen?

having stuff is screaming steal my stuff. somebody will always want what you have. but i'm telling you you cannot pull open a trunk held by acuators, whereas it takes no more than a screwdriver to open a stock trunk.
