Bose Wiring/aftermarket?

Im going to go aftermarket. Now I decided to keep the bose wiring, I had ordered a harness because If I were to sell the car Id put back the bose system. The thing is where I ordered it from they had a back order and I got in a argument with them for taking so long to tell me that, and I decided to cancel the order. So now Im decided to do the splicng, Is there a write up that could tell me what wires are for what?
thanks

oh I was going to use this write up. Dont know if its any good, It seems that it will work. what do you guys think?

that write up is a good basic write up, but it won't get you near what you want. bose likes to make things complicated.

you're still gonna need that wiring harness. get one from car toys or ultimate electronics. just go up and say "i need a wiring harness for a 95 maxima with a bose system if that matters" and they'll look it up and give you what you need.

you also need to find out where your bose amp is. the 3rd gens had one amp right next to each speaker. my friend's 98 jetta had one big amp in the trunk. you're pretty much gonna bypass the amp(s) and go straight from the HU to the speakers (or an aftermarket amp or whatever you have). beware though because bose uses weird wire colors and the wire colors going into the amp(s) might not be the same colors coming out of the amp(s). we had that problem on the jetta.. i dont know about maximas. i'm just glad my 3rd gen didnt have bose

So there is no way I could use the existing wiring, to hook up components in front and coax in the back?

no, you can. if you have amps at each speaker, just take the wires going IN to the amp and hook those up to the crossover in the front, and in the back, hook up the wires to the speaker.
