For all of those who have removed the rear speakers, BOSE around how much time did you spend removing them and installing the new ones?

 

i did mine at night outside in the winter, about 20 mins each speaker, just because the nuts were hard to get off

 

and layin upside down in the trunk blows

 

why? the speakers come out from the top, at least in my '99.

anyway, the rear speakers are easy to remove; doesn't take long, just the screws holding the upper back seat take awhile and removing the rear deck CAREFULLY is a pain. the speakers themselves are pretty simple, if the screws aren't all f*cked up.

 

i know what you mean. i spent too much time laying in that trunk. it doesn't take too long though. on my 93 i needed a 9/32 socket i think.
