I was wondering if they would fit with out any space showing and no modifications needed.

6 x 9s

I am not positive with a 95 but i have a 91 non bose and i put in Kenwood KFC-6908 6 X 9s and i just took a tin snips and cut lines from the inside out and then just made the hole oval shaped and my grills cover everything. Just put some duct tape over the sharp metal edges or else use door seal. It took me about a half hour to do. Just be sure you make sure your grills will cover your speakers.

Yes. But you WILL have to drill into the deck. It's not a big deal, but get a buddy to help you as it will make the job 10x easier.

Trust me - I have MTX 6x9s in a 98 - and the guy I bought them from on the .ORG also had them in his Max.

You will overlap the hole a little bit with the speaker area, but not enough to in any way affect the sound.

Now, I just realized you said non-bose, so I really don't know what the diff. is in the rear-deck and coutout, but it shouldn't be too different.

Hope this helps. If I'd seen this earlier, I might have taken pics, as my trunk was just torn apart less than 3 hours ago as I finished my RaamMat and re-setup.
