Blew out dash lights

I blew out my dash lights when installing my stereo. I checked the fuse and replaced it, and its still not working. Is there anything else that I should check?

Interested too. I just bought '95 Maxima and none of the interior lights (dash, shift, buttons) work except door and dome lights.
Don't have a book either, and search is disabled for now.
Does anybody know what to do?
I checked some fuses, but they all seem fine.

Did you all check the fuses under the dash or the ones under the hood? Some of the interior components can still not work if the fuses under the hood are blown. You would definitley want to check those if you have not already done so. I had the same problem and I realized that there was a interior lighting fuse under the hood.

Found it. I just checked the same 7.5a fuse and it was blown again. I checked the wiring on my HU, replaced the fuse, and the lights work again.
