97 SE w/bose ..best place to hook a remote wire to?

I'm installing an amp into my 97 SE, and was wondering what power source I should hook my remote lead from my amp to, since the bose doesnt have a remote lead coming off of it. My amp is currently mounted in the trunk, but I can run the wire from anywhere. I've thought about the fuse box, but hate to rig something like that. Any suggestions?

Is there not a remote turn on wire going to every single BOSE speaker amp? I removed an existing LOC from my trunk, and they used some kind of remote signal feeding the rear BOSE speaker amps to activate the amp. I'm betting you could tap into the rear wires, but I'm not positive...anyone?

The antenna is usually where it should go. I think that would be the best place for it plus there is a lesser chance for distortion.

Sounds good, but wouldnt the power from the antenna cut on and off if you were playing CD's and the antenna goes down? or does it still have a constant feed of power as long as the car is on?

edit: cant spell

just use the power wire to the existing amped speakers on the rear deck , thats what i did and works fine. each speaker has its own amp and it turns on and off with the key
