My girlfriend just go the new kenwood double din 6.5" tv headunit installed in her car but the antenna won't go down when the cd goes in or we aren't listening to a radio. help how do we get it to go down.

did you hook up the power antenna wire correctly?

 

i didn't do it audio express did it and they said something to do with the antenna having power all the time I don't know.
