Keyless entry fob programming ?

Hi all , I am new here , but not new to car ezboards . I know this is already
posted somewhere , but the search feature is down ..... So I need to know if anyone has the programming for a 2001 Maxima SE ( 5-speed ) key fob .
The car came with one and I am getting another from ebay . I did the same with my blazer and it was pretty simple to program . The FCC id is as follows
XBRASTU10 Model O1/A . Has the trunk , door unlock/lock , and the
red panic button . ANY and ALL help will be welcome . I'm in Southeast Tennesse , this is my First Nissan since I purchased a brand new 93' 240 SX SE , what a sweet ride for its time !! Thanks in advance , Steve

P.S. you may repost or email it to me carr7446@bellsouthspam.net
( REMOVE 'SPAM' and your good to go )

I think this is the same for 2001's. I got this from the service manual:
Keyfob Procedure

And then someone else said this worked for them (sry I don't know original author) it is almost identical to the procedure above:
Program Remote:
Get in , close and lock the doors. Insert and remove the key in the ignition about 6 or 7 times until you hear 2 cliking noises. The cluster lights may or may not flash at the same time. Then insert the key again and turn it to the ACC position. Press the unlock button on the first remote. The driver door should unlock at this time. Then lock the door manually again and press the unlock button on the second remote. Repeat this step for any remaining remotes (up to four). Do not open the door until you are done with the last remote control.
