What's up guys, as you know friendhasmax made my box, now the rearview mirror goes straight down from all the shaking. Does anybody know a trick or how to make the mirror, stop shaking so much?? I hate fixing the mirror every second to see.. I appreciate your help!!!

 

same thing happens here, it shakes outta place

 

mine doesnt fall off but it might as well. when its hot outside its rendered useless.

Hmm, all I can say is turn the bass down. Other then that, I have no clue.

 

there is a screw on the back of the mirror, tighten it up, its near the center in a little hole

yeah try the screw thing. my mirror shakes like mad when i play bass heavy stuff, but probably nothing compared to yours haha

 

my mirror has a rubber peice that sits between the windshield and the bracket for the mirror.. thats helps a bit..

its funny i asked this question a while ago... after a few bumps.. i finally got a responce..... "turn the radio down" WOW this helped so much.. but guess wht they were right..

my bad.. i forgot the other responce.. "take the mirror off" great words of wisdom huh??

hey driver824, i don't get exactly what you did. did you just take off the stock rubber piece that was connected to the mirror and window?

 

he's showing us where it is so we can see the antivibration rubber piece

yeah thanks sober.. just taht i didnt use cardomain for them and i always forget that when th cookied clea from yahoo.. the link becomes deactivated.. the car came with this.. i dont se why no one else has it??? but i di remove it a few months ago and there wa so much bass that the mirror would flop down.. and put it back no prob.. just cant see **** at night with the bouncing image and tint..
