Mounting a Capacitor...

Last night i bought a 1 Farad Monster Cable DigiCap off one of my friends. My question is where should i mount it, i was thinking about mounting it on the side of my sub box but my father brought it to my attention that could it possibly damage the cap from the vibrations? What should i do, is it safe to mount it on the side of the box... if not where should i mount it.
Thanks in advanced.
-Tom
