help with headunit...

I think my bose headunit is out, it says CD ERROR, i have no idea why.

I plan on getting these http://www.circuitcity.com/detail.js...&oid=87526&m=0
the sony for 110$ plus 50 for wiring and other accessories.

IF i get this sony headunit, does my 95 max with bose stereo need an amplifier?

which headunit does not require amplifier?

can i get away with not having amplifier while still having equal or better sound as stock BOSE headunit?

Lastly If i get a used boseheadunit...i shouldnt need any wiring right? because i can still used my originals.

I'm sure you could find that HU cheaper with online vendors, like thezeb.com, etronics.com, crutchfield.com , etc. Just a suggestion.

if you have bose i dont know, but im pretty sure the speakers run at 1 ohm or something different than 4 ohms so you'd need to replace your speakers also.

You can use any HU that has preouts with Bose without buying any additional parts.

sony decks are really crappy

if you are low on funds get yourself a cheap pioneer or an alpine deck.
