I have a 01 Maxima with Bose stock system. I want to install an Alpine Type R component speakers, Infinity Basslink and Eclipse 4 channel amp to power the components. What all do I need to install it using the factory HU. I've read the FAQ but I want to hear from someone who has done a similar setup. How hard is the install. What all do I need? Should I even bother doing it myself? All help appreciated.

or u can splice the wires and stuff...line inverter will do it...and a splitter cable....thats how Mobile One did mine.... but i regret going that way.... so i would get the PAC converter....

 

JUst tap female RCA preouts behind the radio to the speaker leads. They provide signal only and no power. Yes I have done this dozens of times...
