Difference between Dynamats Speaker and Door Kits

OK I was checking out the dynamt website. does the door kit do the same thing as the speaker kit? Stops panel distortion? Does anyone have any pics of the dynamt door kit installed I'm kinda confused on what would be better, I'm just gonna do the front doors with the door kit and use the other piece to completey cover the rear deck....good idea? Please help

The door kit will cover the whole door, the speaker kit covers a small area around the speaker. If you are going to take the door apart to install the Dynamat, go ahead and do the whole door, it will give you better results. I used Dynamat Extreme and completely covered the inside of my front doors, I am very happy with the results (right after I did this I noticed my front doors sounded a lot more solid when I closed them). I plan on doing the same thing to the rear doors.

If you are thinking about doing the doors and rear deck, it may be better to just buy the bulk pack.

Well has anyone else Dynamt-ed the rear deck or has it been previously discussed, I'm having that done when I have a local shop install the speakers, I knwo nothing about wiring or installing. Should the rear deck be relatively easy to do? Anyone else have other info. Guys I really appreciate all of this help and info, for once I feel like the Org members here have really help me, Thanks A Lot!

I actually did my rear deck from underneath. Was not too difficult, but probably would have been easier from the top. They should not have to charge you too much for installing it, especially since everything will already be taken apart for the speaker intall.
