System A or System B

System A or System B
System A:
Infity reference series speaker system up front with crossover and tweeters and use the basic 6.5 infinity reference speakers in the rear doors. I was going to get a JL 12" sub W0. It is only 125 RMS but I can use a small JL 2150 amp to run this. I was going to use a soundstream amp to run the speakers.
System B:
Earthquake FC 6.2 R system (crossovers and tweeters) up front 250W RMS
Kenwood KFC 1689e 3 way speakers in rear door (a bit cheap but for rear only)
Kicker L7 12' square OR Earthquake magma 12' sub. Both 500w RMS
Kicker 400.2 sub amp
earthquake tremor TNT 600 speaker amp
Both are the same price.
I want good sound but I want it to be able to pump a bit as well.

Take A. If you want more bass, make it a 12W3 and put it into a vented box with ~300 watts.
That TNT amp is overkill anyways. Don't power the rears. Unless you were going to bridge it for just the fronts, then in that case it is wicked overkill. If it really puts out 200w rms bridged like it says, then you will never use it all, esp. since your sub will be left in the dust. I have 140w rms to my fronts and I probably only use half of it, it is deafening. If I were to do it again, I wouldn't have bothered with such a big amp for the fronts.
Shoot for 70 - 100 rms for the fronts. Run the rears off the deck. Then take the money you save and add some power behind your sub.

you should go with infinity kappa perfects in front or at least kappas....reference are the kinda you buy from retail.....let me know if you want some prices, i have infinity hook ups, and would be willing to get another .org member with sounds....im running kappa perfects 6.5 in front and kappas 6.5 two-ways in back fronts are around 100watts rms and back are like 75 i think. also two kappa perfect 12" subs, all powered by one polk audio 500.1 mono block amp and a 400.1 polk audio 4x100 rms amp. let me know if you want me to order you some speakers, reference, kappa, kappa perfect, whatever.....
