Bi-amped components and/or Network Mode on your Pioneer deck?
Is anyone bi-amping their front components? I have a 4 channel V12 amp that I bridged to power the front components, and then I got a Pioneer deck that supports Network Mode. So I have been considering un-bridging my amp and bi-amping the components, using the Pioneer deck's Network Mode. The network mode changes the Front/Rear/Sub outputs to High/Mid/Low outputs and changes the audio processing accordingly, so you have more control over gains and cross-over points between the tweeters and woofers.
Does anyone have a similar setup and if so, what do you think of it versus the more traditional setup with passive crossovers on the components?

its basically the same EXCEPT it allows for midbass crossovers on the mids of the comps, which can come in real handy with certain speakers, the crossovers and slopes are very detailed in network mode, its alot to fool around with. When i install my friends dehp860mp its going to go in on network mode because he'll be using comps up front, mids in the rear, and a sub, im using coax's all around and a set of tweets up front with their own x-over network so i dont feel the need for the network mode in my car.
I will in 2 weeks when I install my eclipse hu. I originially was planning to go with the tradition setup with my 5 channel mtx amp 1 sub, 1 pair of channels in the rear, and 1 pair of channels powering a crossed over set of tweeters and midranges, but a lot of people on another forum convinced me to try bi-amping first.
