Suggest me an amp

I need an amp that will power one sub at 400 rms and run at 2 ohms... any suggestions?

People will go on and on about which brands are better and why. But the fact is that you will not be able to hear the difference from one brand to another in normal listening.

Get one from any of the major brands that has the features you need and the price you want.

Oh oh get the Boss BX400, does 400x1@2ohm.

Was bench tested to pull 24 watts @14.4!! this thing rocks.

OK anyway anything from JBL would be good but there amps do either 300 or 600 @2ohm. DEI and Memphis make really good 500w amps you could look into.

I am currently runnig the model above the KX400.1, the KX600.1 and I am pleased with its capabilities and features. I have been using Kicker products for years and have been very happy with them(components speakers, subwoofers, and amplifiers). I am still runnig a Kicker ZX460 for my components that I bought when they first came out (I think in either 1996 or 97). The thing still puts out clean stable power with no problems. For a while I had it running my components with the front channels, and my subwoofer with the rear channels at 2-ohms mono when I did not have a sub amp (this was due to me dropping it).
