I have a 96 max and was wondering if there are any companies that make sub enclosures specifically for the trunk of a max(ie. fit in corners of trunk)

None that I know of, usually people just make their own or have a local car audio shop build one for you.

Yes. JL Audio does. It's called the Stealthbox. You can see it at their website. www.jlaudio.com
