I wanted to wait until it was done to post anything, please forgive my lack of bandwidth:

You might be thinking, How does it sound?
I love it. I set out looking for quality and I couldn't be happier. The Polk Momo MM6 components scream at 180 RMS x 2 , and the head unit powered coaxials are just enough fill from the rear. The components don't hit mid-bass as hard as you might think with their huge magnets, but thats probably because I didn't mount them as stiffly as I could have. Anything about 300 Hz up is smooth and loud. The sub is fine, it won't knock grandma's teeth out, but quality-wise it is crystal clear, with no rattling problems. The box is a little big, and if I had the money at the time, I would have gone with 2 10s or 12s instead, but overall I'm happy.
I listen mostly to electronic music... Rolling bass lines from dnb, and slamming trance kicks sound awesome. Even the occasional rap CD sneaks it's way in, and is enough to shake the seats pretty good .
Anyone else have experience with Polk/MOMO components? What do you think of my setup?

Nice clean simple install. Not the exact equiptment I would have chosen, but it definately looks clean.
The doors look very nice, but you didn't attach the baffle/speakers to the door panels did you? On the Polk Momo's I heard, I thought midbass was their greatest asset. If you monted them to the actual doors, dampen them, and seal the front from the back, your midbass will improve dramatically (which in turn makes your bass bass sound 3x better).
All in all, looking good.

slickrick: It's an Xtant A1244 Dual VC on a Memphis 16-ST500D
It wasn't my first choice in equipment either, but I have two friends that work for car audio shops with great company deals, so I managed to keep the whole project (including the head unit) at about a grand.
The components were way too big for the stock speaker cup, and wouldn't fit into the door if mounted flush. At some point I'd like to fiberglass a better enclosure, but it's not very high on my list.
