Bypass bose amplifier

i just got a pioneer mp3 hu, and pioneer speakers (5.25" front and 6x9 rear) but somehow I couldn't figured out how to bypass the bose amplifier. How did you guys did it for your 3rd gen? there are 4 wires hanging around at each rear speaker but my new speakers only got 2 wires. Also where is the amplifier for the front? btw, I am not looking for fancy super duper sounds or anything like that. I just wanted to get some sounds first and think about the rest later.

Luckily I can just walk a few feet and into my nice warm garage and check for you guys. I did take some pics before, but I need to redo, they're too blury.

But anyway, I looked at the rear deck speakers on mine. And the 2 wires that were not used was the Black and Brown/white wires. The other 2 where cut before the adaptor, and used to wire the speakers.

For 4th gen I have no Idea
