Does anyone know if this stereo has outs for an mp3 players (I think if it has outs for a cd changer, these can be used for mp3).

it doesn't.. the easiest thing to do if you don't want to replace the HU is get a fm modulator for the mp3 player

 

I think, it does have ins for cd changer - at least there're contacts on the connector. I tried to figure out the CD changer protocol but couldn't make it. There's cd changer available from Nissan that hooks up to Bose unit without fm modulator.

 

what kind of mp3 are yo trying to put in? like a cd mp3 player like wlak man, or an ipod.

 

i run my ipod through the Tapedeck it works great

 

my tape deck peaced out so for now I use an iTrip. I'm still debating whether or not to get a stock head or another one. I like the way the stock head unit looks and there aren't many choices out there for double din.

 

for double din look up the clarion adz625. i use to had it before i switched to a dvd player. it was awsome looking and looked very clean.

i use itrip as well to run my iPod through the radioand it works extreamly well for me. they make universal itrip type divices for everything. so if you want a cool easy way to get it htough your speakers try to pick one up.
